BTC RADAR

Privacy Policy

Effective September 13, 2026 · Android package com.thinky.btc_radar

This policy describes how BTC Radar processes information when you use the Android app. BTC Radar is operated by Steven Ng. Contact: stevennguyen2151@gmail.com.

Market analysis without an account

BTC Radar displays public Binance Spot market data and calculates technical indicators. It does not require registration, a wallet address, an exchange API key or trading-account access. It does not execute trades, hold funds, collect your holdings or request contacts, camera or precise location access.

Market data requests

The app connects directly to Binance public market-data services over HTTPS. Binance receives your IP address and connection/request information, including the requested market and timeframe. These requests are necessary to deliver market data. Market responses are cached temporarily in app memory; the app does not operate a backend that stores your market-viewing history. Binance processes requests under its own privacy policy.

Advertising and consent

The app integrates Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Google and its advertising services may collect or share IP addresses (which can be used to estimate general location), device or advertising identifiers, app interactions, and diagnostics such as performance or crash information. This processing supports advertising, ad measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security and compliance. The data actually processed depends on device settings, region, SDK behavior and consent choices.

Where required, a consent form is shown before ads can be requested. If UMP requires an ongoing options entry point, the app provides an “Ad privacy choices” control to revisit your choices. If ads or consent services are unavailable, market analysis remains accessible. Internal/debug test ads do not generate publisher revenue.

Read Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information for advertising. You can also manage or reset advertising identifiers through your Android device settings.

Storage, retention and deletion

The app's market cache is transient and is cleared when its process ends. Google SDKs may store consent settings and advertising-related information on your device. You can clear local app data or uninstall BTC Radar using Android settings. Third-party services determine retention of data they receive under their own policies; uninstalling the app does not automatically erase their records.

We do not maintain an in-app user account or a user database. If you contact support, we receive your email address and message and retain them only as needed to respond and handle the request. Contact the email above to request deletion of support correspondence; some information may be retained where legally required. For data controlled by Google or Binance, use their privacy and data-request channels.

Security and international processing

The app uses HTTPS for market requests. No transmission or storage system is perfectly secure. Google, Binance and their service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence under their applicable policies and safeguards.

Adults and financial information

BTC Radar is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. The app provides general educational market information, not personalized financial advice. If you believe a child has supplied personal information through support, contact us so we can address it.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when the app or its services change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions or requests can be sent to stevennguyen2151@gmail.com.
